• Where is Tower Yoga?

    We currently have two locations in the Tower District

    • The Mandala – Our hot yoga studio at 1277 N Wishon Ave
    • Lotus Room – Our nonheated yoga studio at 626 E Olive Ave
  • Can I attend class at your studios?

    • Yes! Everyone is welcome to practice at Tower Yoga.
    • We welcome the beauty of the human spectrum into our studio to participate in a friendly, loving, and accessible atmosphere.
    • Guess what? Your first week of unlimited classes is FREE!
  • What is Hot Yoga?

    • Hot yoga is practiced in a room heated to between 95 and 105 degrees, with added humidity. The heat allows you to get deeper into your practice mentally and physically by warming up the muscles to increase flexibility. Expect to sweat!
  • If I've never done Yoga, what class should I take?

    Every class (unless otherwise specified) is all levels and welcomes brand new students. There are various levels of intensity:

    • Easy – Hot Gentle Yoga, Sunrise Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Deep Stretch Yoga
    • Moderate – Hot Vinyasa Yoga, Chromatic Yoga
    • Hard – Hot Power Yoga, Hot Lift’n’Flow
  • What should I bring to class?

    Arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes before class starts. Please bring the following:

    • yoga mat
    • water bottle
    • hot yoga mat towel
    • towel for wiping sweat from your face (hot studio)
  • What if I don't have these or forget?

    • We have complimentary mat and towel service for your first week at the studio.
    • We also have mats and towels available to rent
    • Each location has a water refill station
  • What should I wear?

    Wear what you are comfortable moving in! We recommend fitted, moisture-wicking clothing. You WILL sweat in our heated classes. Most of our students practice barefoot. If you’d like to wear socks, socks with grippy bottoms are advised. No shoes are allowed in our practice room.

  • Is there a minimum age requirement to attend Tower Yoga?

    • The minimum age is 16 without a guardian but must have signed a consent waiver
    • Under 16 must have an adult present
  • Do you have lockers?

    We have open cubbies and coat hooks to hold your belongings while you’re in class. We lock our door during class to keep everyone’s items safe and secure.

  • Do you have showers?

    Showers are available at The Mandala! Each restroom has three showers, including one ADA-compliant shower stall. Everyone is welcome to use them. Rent a towel from us or bring your own. We also provide quality organic 3-in-1 wash/shampoo and conditioner.


  • Are reservations required to take class?

    Please use the app or website to make a reservation and ensure you have a spot. Classes are capped and tend to fill up during popular times.

  • When can I book a class?

    You can book a class 7 days prior, and up to 10 minutes before class if there is still space available. If you do pre-register in advance for class, please remember to cancel at least 2 hours ahead of the start of class if you find you are unable to make it. Failing to do so will incur a late cancellation/no-show charge.

  • How many classes can I book?

    If you have an unlimited membership, you can book as many classes as you’d like! If you have a class pass, you can book up to the number of classes remaining on your pass. Keep in mind that if you fail to cancel a class reservation at least two hours ahead of time and don’t show up for class, you will be charged.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    To open up space for your fellow students, we require that you cancel 2 hours or more before class starts, with no exceptions. A late cancel/no-show fee will be charged to your credit/debit card on file.

    Reservations made within 1 hour of the scheduled start of class cannot be cancelled without incurring a late cancel/no-show fee.


  • I loved my free week of unlimited Yoga, what do I do now?

    We have unlimited membership and class package options. Please view our prices for current rates.

  • What is an unlimited autopay membership?

    You can attend as many classes as you like during the month. You will be charged once a month to your card on file. Your rate at the time of signing will never increase, as long as you make consistent payments.

  • Can I pause my membership?

    Yes! You may freeze your membership for a period of up to two months (60 days). Email us at hello@toweryogafresno.com and let us know the specific dates you would like to freeze your membership.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes. A member can cancel their membership with no penalty by emailing hello@toweryogafresno.com at least 7 days prior to their next automatic payment. Please note that if you cancel your membership and restart a new one, we cannot guarantee your original membership pricing.
