Sales Policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
- Details: All purchases made at Tower Yoga, including but not limited to class credit packages, memberships, retail items, and gift certificates, are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any sales once the transaction has been completed.
2. Exceptions:
- Class Packages & Memberships: Once purchased, class credit packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase and are subject to our class scheduling and cancellation policies.
- Retail Items: All retail items, including apparel, accessories, and other merchandise, are sold as-is. Please ensure that you inspect items carefully before purchase.
- Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are valid for the value and services specified at the time of issuance and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
3. Errors or Issues:
- If there is a discrepancy or issue with your purchase, please contact us immediately via email at hello@toweryogafresno.com. We will do our best to address any errors or issues that arise.
