Tower Yoga – Mandala is located at 1277 N Wishon Avenue in the heart of Fresno’s vibrant Tower District, just steps from the historic Tower Theater. Our studio is perfectly positioned in this eclectic neighborhood known for its artistic spirit, local eateries, and walkable charm. Whether you’re coming from across town or around the corner, getting to our peaceful practice space is convenient and accessible.

By Bus

Tower Yoga is conveniently accessible via Fresno Area Express (FAX) bus routes 28 and 35:

• Tower District stops along Wishon Avenue (when traveling southbound) and Van Ness Avenue (when traveling northbound) on Route 28: On Wishon, get off in front of the Me’n’Eds just past Fern Avenue and then walk north. On Van Ness, get off at the Olive Avenue stop and head west. Then turn north (right) on Wishon.
• Olive Avenue near Van Ness Avenue via route 35: Get off at any stop between Van Ness and Wishon, then walk north on Wishon to find us!

By Bike

The Tower District is one of Fresno’s most bike-friendly neighborhoods! Wishon Avenue offers comfortable cycling conditions, and the area’s grid street pattern makes navigation easy. The neighborhood’s compact size means many local destinations are within easy biking distance.

Bike parking is available INSIDE our studio entrance. No locks needed. You can hang your bike on one of our convenient bike racks in the lobby, or set up its kickstand. 

By Car

Our address is 1277 N Wishon Avenue, Fresno, CA 93728. We’re located in the heart of the Tower District, with easy access from all major areas of Fresno.

Parking: Southbound on Wishon, turn into the driveway just before getting to Goldstein’s to find our gravel parking lot. Street parking is also available throughout the Tower District. Most residential streets offer free parking, while some commercial areas have time limits during business hours. Please be mindful of posted parking signs and respect neighborhood parking guidelines.

Here are some quick directions:

• From North Fresno: Head south on Blackstone Avenue toward the Tower District. Turn west onto McKinley Avenue, then south on Wishon Avenue. Our studio will be on your right.
• From Clovis or East Fresno: Head west on Shaw Avenue or Herndon Avenue toward central Fresno. Turn south on Blackstone Avenue, then west on McKinley Avenue, and south on Wishon Avenue. Our studio will be on your right.
• From South Fresno: Drive north on Blackstone Avenue toward the Tower District. Turn west on Olive Avenue, then north on Van Ness Avenue. Turn west on Floradora, then south on Wishon. Our studio will be on your right.
• From West Fresno: Head east on Olive Avenue, then north on Van Ness Avenue. Turn west on Floradora, then south on Wishon. Our studio will be on your right.

Finding Us

Look for Goldstein’s Mortuary & Delicatessen – we’re located behind this popular local bar. Frosted is directly across the street, making our location easy to identify. These established Tower District businesses serve as excellent landmarks to guide you to our peaceful practice space.

When You Arrive

Our lobby entrance is located in the back patio area of Goldstein’s Mortuary & Delicatessen. If you’re approaching from Wishon Avenue, simply walk around the building to find our entrance in the back.

For easier access, park in the gravel/dirt lot by turning right from Wishon Avenue just before reaching Goldstein’s.

Tower Yoga – Lotus Room is located at 626 E Olive Avenue in the heart of Fresno’s vibrant Tower District, tucked behind Component Coffee and directly across the parking lot from Splash. Our intimate studio space offers a serene retreat in one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods, surrounded by local landmarks and easily accessible by car, bike, and public transit. Getting to Lotus Room is simple no matter where you’re coming from in Fresno or the surrounding area.

By Bus

Tower Yoga – Lotus Room is conveniently accessible via Fresno Area Express (FAX) bus routes:

• Olive Avenue Transit Corridor via route 35: Multiple stops along Olive Avenue serve the Tower District area. The closest stop to us is in front of Splash, just west of Broadway when traveling eastbound. If you’re westbound, get off near Echo Avenue in front of the Peach Pit.
• Tower District stops on Route 28: Additional stops throughout the Tower District on Wishon Avenue (when traveling southbound) and Van Ness Avenue (traveling northbound) provide easy access to our Olive Avenue location.

The Tower District is one of Fresno’s most bike-friendly neighborhoods! Olive Avenue provides comfortable cycling conditions with moderate traffic, and the area’s walkable grid makes navigation easy. Component Coffee, our neighboring business, makes for a perfect pre- or post-practice stop.

Bike parking is available near our studio entrance behind Component Coffee. Please bring your own lock to secure your bike during your visit.

By Car

Our address is 626 E Olive Avenue, Fresno, CA 93728. We’re located behind Component Coffee and across the parking lot from Splash, making us easy to spot in the heart of the Tower District.

Parking: There is a small parking lot in front of our studio, and free street parking is available in surrounding Tower District streets. Please be mindful of posted parking signs and respect neighborhood parking guidelines.

• From North Fresno: Head south on Blackstone Avenue toward the Tower District. Turn west onto Olive Avenue and look for Component Coffee on your left. Turn into the parking lot before you get to Component Coffee – our studio is behind the coffee shop.
• From Clovis or East Fresno: Head west on Shaw Avenue or Herndon Avenue toward central Fresno. Turn south on Blackstone Avenue, then west on Olive Avenue. Continue west on Olive Avenue until you see Component Coffee on your left.
• From South Fresno: Drive north on Blackstone Avenue toward the Tower District. Turn west on Olive Avenue and look for Component Coffee on your left with our studio behind it.
• From West Fresno: Head east on Olive Avenue to find Component Coffee on your right. Turn into the parking lot directly east of the coffee shop.

Splash is directly across the parking lot, (and Teazers is directly across Olive Avenue) making our location easy to identify. These established Tower District businesses serve as excellent landmarks to guide you to our peaceful practice space.

When You Arrive

You’ll find our front door from the parking lot just east of Component Coffee. We share a wall with the coffee shop, making us easy to locate. Look for our distinctive black door surrounded by a beautiful mural – you can’t miss it!
